The Committee on Legislative Support of Law Enforcement recommends that The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopts the Bill on Amendments to Article 325 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (re Violation of Sanitary and Anti-Epidemic Standards) as a Basis

The Bill (Reg. No.2210), submitted by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, enhances legal liability for actions that caused threat to person´s life of health or lead to death, spread of mass infectious diseases or other grave consequences due to violation of sanitary or anti-epidemic standards.

The People´s Deputies unanimously upheld the Bill, since its adoption will facilitate realization of sanitary and anti-epidemic requirements and standards by the officials.
